Violence Incarnate

Oh stranger, why elicit?
He cried, no more red,
all the more blue–
violence incarnate.

Oh alive effigy, why provoke?
Dimensions relieve of the two,
it goes through, the three, cut lacks–
violence incarnate.

Oh just tool, why occlude?
Least painful, marginally diminishing guilt,
a father, a wife, a child, has fallen–
violence incarnate.

And why violence incarnate?
Hurt by a ghost? But ghosts don’t exist.
Perhaps a possession–
Run into false interpretations, share the same fate.

Ghosts and their second order, matters of non existence,
then why, still, violence incarnate?
Violence incarnate because violence incarnate.
After all there is no such thing as a ghost.
